Return Policy Overview
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product you bought on the VConnect marketplace, you can initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days of item delivery.
If the item is physically damaged, please initiate the return or replacement request
within 24 hours of item delivery.
How do I raise a return or replacement request?
Call our customer care lines; 0708070070. Or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. You'll need your Order ID, along with the reason for raising the request for return or replacement.
How do I send the item to VConnect?
We will arrange for pickup of the item from your order’s delivery address. Once the returned order reaches VConnect, our QC team will verify the item and you claim. If the item is eligible for return, we will proceed with your refund or replacement. If not, VConnect will return the item to you with specific reasons for doing so.
How and when do I get the refund for the item I returned?
You can get your refund via a coupon code or cash.
If you opt for a refund coupon code, you will get your code within 24 hours. A cash refund takes about 14 working days to reach your account.
What kind of items can I return or replace?
You can return an item if:
- You received a faulty or defective item
- You received a physically damaged item
- You are unhappy with the item quality
- The item is different from the description on the website
Note that items returned should be in their original packaging with all its accessories (if any) intact, along with the invoice to be eligible for refund or replacement.
What kind of items can I not return or replace?
You cannot return or replace an item if:
- The item you want to return is part of a product bundle i.e, combos or sets.
- If the seal on the item is broken. Especially in the case of branded electronic items.
If the item has been opened and used. This applies to items in the beauty, health, and personal
- If the item is perishable
